"I've been living at the Courtyards and Tierra Palms for nearly a year. The apartments are lovely and spacious. The apartment grounds are safe and clean. The staff is professional, and Amy (the property manager) is wonderful. I've never lived in a place with a more prompt response to maintenance requests. Every maintenance request I've raised has been addressed and fixed within 2 days. I'm a very happy tenant and I would recommend this place in a heartbeat."
